1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InkEngine ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InkEngine is an AI-powered book writing platform that helps authors generate full-length manuscripts in their voice. The Service is available at per-book pricing ($99, $199, $499) using a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model.

3. Content Ownership

You own everything you create. All manuscripts, outlines, and content generated through InkEngine are your intellectual property. We claim no rights to your output. You are free to publish, sell, and distribute your books without restriction.

You are responsible for ensuring your generated content does not infringe on existing copyrights or trademarks.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment is per-book, processed by Stripe at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are available within 7 days if the Service fails to generate a usable manuscript.
• No refunds for completed manuscripts that you are unsatisfied with — AI output quality varies and is not guaranteed.

5. API Keys (BYOK)

• You are responsible for any costs incurred on your AI provider account from InkEngine usage.
• Do not share API keys with others through the platform.
• InkEngine is not liable for charges on your AI provider account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform's generation pipeline
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing, or deceptive content
• Resell access to the Service without permission

7. Disclaimer

InkEngine is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before publication. InkEngine is a writing tool, not a substitute for professional editing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Cryptronics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific book generation in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
